Pricing, Payment, Orders and Cancellations

All orders placed through this website shall be accepted at our sole discretion. We may refuse to accept an order or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed or charged, for any or no reason, without liability, other than to refund any amounts charged for the cancelled order.

Once an order is submitted you will not be able to change or cancel the order. If you have additional questions about your order, please email us at info@bluecarreonhome.com.

The prices displayed on this Website are quoted in U.S. Dollars and as such are valid only in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time.

We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard for the payment of your order.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is based on the location of the shipping address and is added to orders shipped within New York State.

 

Standard Delivery and Processing

Most purchases are shipped to arrive within 5 to 7 business days upon receipt of the order. The shipping and processing charges incurred at checkout cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), transportation and related overhead.

For shipments outside of the continental U.S. please email us at info@bluecarreonhome.com. While we will make every attempt to fulfill your order outside of the continental U.S., we cannot guarantee that we can do so and the customer is fully responsible for all shipping costs, inspection fees, taxes and duties, if any.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you an exchange or refund of the merchandise price within 15 days of receipt of product. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. Before returning any item, please contact our Customer Care team prior to sending the item back, at info@bluecarreonhome.com. You must contact us within 15 days of receiving the product. We will only accept returns for items that have not been used or altered in any way. All returned items must be returned with the packing slip and original packaging and sent postage pre-paid, insured and signature required.  All sales outside the US are final.

Returns are refunded in the original payment form, less shipping and handling. Returns that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please note that sale items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defects.  We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom ordered or monogrammed items, except for manufacturing defects.

After 15 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Items that are on sale or on discounted promotion are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
